LOCATION

This position is located at our property Aman Venice, Italy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Satisfying guests needs and exceeding guest’s expectations
- Projecting a positive hotel image
- Taking care of the minibar operation
- Ensuring that all corridors, housekeeper’s pantries and janitor’s pantries are always in an
- Collecting and distributing guest laundry
- Cleaning any other areas in the hotel as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager
- Reporting missing or damaged items
- Reporting lost and found items
- Maintaining a clean & neat area of operation

**QUALIFICATIONS**

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in the same role
- Fluent in verbal english would be a plus
- Excellent teamworker and oriented to details
