We are looking for a passionate** Sales Specialist (Hunter)** to join our team in **Bergamo** or **Savigliano**(maternity leave substitution)

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a strong passion for acquiring new clients and generating business opportunities.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Identify and contact potential new clients through prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from the first call to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize client acquisition strategies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital, IT, or telecommunications sector.
- Strong commercial attitude and result-oriented mindset.
- Negotiation and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use CRM and sales tools.
- Proactivity, initiative, and a willingness to take on challenges.
