This role focuses on driving brand growth by developing strategic marketing plans and executing initiatives that resonates with target consumers. It involves analysing market trends, overseeing brand performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position requires collaboration across department, managing both innovation and brand consistency, while also handling budgeting, planning day to day operational support.

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional who possesses a mixture of strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills willing to support our Marketing team and share our passion for our brands.

**We are looking for somebody who has**:

- Minimum of 4 years experience or 4 years in other function ideally inin brand management, sales, or equivalent in FMCG.
- Experience in sales or equivalent in FMCG.
- Experience working in cross functional teams.
- Has Strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and a flair for number crunching;

**To perform the following tasks**:

- Build and execute brand plans to achieve business results of assigned category;
- Correctly identify the right consumer segment and drive towards consumer centric activities;
- Review performance indicators, including financial performance indicators, and provide analytical monthly updates on product sales performance, market share trends, and competitive activities to propose plans and actions;
- Support the business planning goal alignment for assigned categories: Lead and manage the Business Planning process with different stakeholders;
- Discuss and propose category performance and opportunities with sales and trade marketing colleagues to maximize topline and execute Point-Of-Sale Projects;
- Develop consumer plans in line with the business plan;
- Build a clear and inspiring Brand Essence and enduring Brand Properties;
- Coordinate the business unit relations with other cross-functional departments and external stakeholders;
- Track and record the marketing spend;
- Other daily administration tasks of the department as may be assigned
