Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in two or more of the following areas: data center infrastructure, operating systems, networking, security, system administration, and/or service management.
- Experience in account management, client service, and/or management consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
- Experience in cloud operations, technical support or operations (e.g., capacity planning, product release management, etc.).
- Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers.
- Ability to present technical materials effectively to stakeholder groups and engage effectively with executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions.

You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. As a Google Cloud Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will draw on technical, communication, and organizational capabilities to help customers get the most value from their Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace investments. You will manage all aspects of Google Cloud adoption, helping customers accelerate their journey to our platform and optimize their business and technical operations.
In this role, you'll develop relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements and goals. Building on this knowledge, you will lead shared, strategic roadmaps to drive customer partnerships, provide technical guidance and program leadership, and facilitate digital transformation with customers to maximize their value on Google Cloud.

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to ensure customer success. Work with customers and Support teams to guide issues and escalations to resolution.
- Develop best practices and assets that help accelerate cloud adoption and support initiatives to scale through partners.
- Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers, drive new feature development, and lead across multiple workstreams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey. Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goal, and business transformation strategies.
- Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to help support initiatives to scale through partners and accelerate cloud adoption.
