Our client is a leading contract manufacturer specialized in development, production and packaging for major national and international Cosmetics and Beauty Brands. To strengthen the management team of the company we are looking for the:
**QUALITY MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Define strategies and goals for quality and set KPIs in compliance with Company standards
- Assure Quality by establishing and enforcing quality standards in compliance with international norms and customer demands
- Guarantee the implementation of quality assurance documentation system, including SOPs, validation of master plan in agreement with norms, legislation and customer requirements
- Define quality standard for suppliers and related qualification process
- Manage and define external audits (customers, Agency, Third Party) collaborating with other members of management related CAPA
- Complaints management
- Assure product quality and proper release processes
- Definition of control plan risk analysis based
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing the quality budget, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances
- Maintain quality staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Degree in Scientific Matters,
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in similar roles in structured companies in the Cosmetics, Fragrances, Beauty, Chemicals or Food Industries;
- Knowledge of national and international regulations, GMP and ISO.
- Leadership and strategic mindset;
- Ability to manage daily operations as well as strategic projects.
- Ability to work in a role with multiple interfaces and high amount of complexity.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Flexible, strong personality eager to build connection and trust both within the function and across stakeholders;
- Fluent English is required.
