**BROKING SPECIALIST**

**Principali Responsabilità**:
Sarà responsabile dello sviluppo dei programmi assicurativi relativi ai rami assegnati, si occuperà del coordinamento delle richieste con la struttura commerciale, predisporrà due diligence e analisi tecniche dei contratti assicurativi per poi confrontarsi con il mercato per il relativo piazzamento.

Si coordinerà con le strutture interne facenti capo al dipartimento (Claims, International, Operational Services).

**Requisiti**:

- Pregressa esperienza nel brokeraggio assicurativo o in compagnia assicurativa;
- Conoscenza approfondita di almeno due dei seguenti rami: Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, Marine, Employee Benefits;
- Ottima capacità di problem solving, affidabilità, flessibilità, motivazione, determinazione e attitudine al risultato;
- Ottime conoscenze informatiche.

Area Brokers Industria S.p.A, a leading company in the Insurance Brokerage market and part of the prestigious international PIB Group. To strengthen its activities at the Milan office, we are looking for a:
**BROKING SPECIALIST**

**Main Responsibilities**:
The Broking Specialist will be responsible for developing insurance programs related to the assigned branches. They will coordinate requests with the sales department, prepare due diligence and technical analysis of insurance contracts, and then approach the market for their placement. The role involves collaboration with internal departments such as Claims, International, and Operational Services.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in insurance brokerage or insurance companies.
- In-depth knowledge of at least two of the following branches: Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, Marine, Employee Benefits.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, reliability, flexibility, motivation, determination, and result-oriented attitude.
- Excellent computer skills.
