**Essential Job Functions**:

- Conduct data analysis tasks, including data cleansing, data preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis.
- Assist in data-driven projects, working on data modeling and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of predictive models and algorithms.
- Generate and present data reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor project progress.
- Participate in data collection and quality assurance activities.
- Work on data challenges and problem-solving with the team.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiencies in data extraction, basic statistical analysis, and data reporting
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

**Other Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous
- Possession of relevant certifications in data analysis or data visualization is a plus
