**POSITION PURPOSE**:

- Employer branding consultant have a purpose to support in developing and executing strategies that promote Eli Lilly’s organization as an attractive employer, enhance its reputation, engage and retain employees effectively in complete alignment with the company’s values and goals._

**POSITION MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:

- ** Italy and Italy Hub **Employer Branding Strategy and alignment:

- EB data point of contact (Market Research, recruiting info, database management, internal FB)
- Support Strategy & alignment with Manufacturing site and Corporate Affairs department
- Support EB social communication management
- Support EB tactics both strategical and generalist partnership (career day, school visits, booth camp, business school presentations, communication to new strategic partner) in deep collaboration with Recruiting Mgr
- EB scorecard setup and management (how to measure success)
- Manage the alignment of Italy HUB (top M3: PL, RO, IL)
- ** Talent Management** process support
- 2 per year preparation review across HUB

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- Degree: in Humanities (Communication, Psicologia, Sociologia, Political Science, etc), appreciated Master in HR/communication
- At least 1 year of experience in HR (External Communication/Employer Branding strategy and tactics)
- English language: fluent - Mandatory
- Project management and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and internal&external networking skills
- Ability to manage complex situations, with different stakeholders, keeping in mind deadlines and processes with good assertiveness skills
- Good enterprising skills, attitude for change, team player
- Good creativity/innovation skills; out of the box thinker
- Native digital: completely confident with principal social networks such as: LinkedIn; YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram; TikTok
