**Job Description**:
**Eurofins NSC Italy**, as National Service Center, serves on a national level all Legal Entities and BUs active in Italy. In order to be more effective, the following support services are bundled within the Italian NSC: Finance (Accounting & Reporting, Treasury, Tax & Legal, Procurement), Payroll and IT Infrastructure & Operations.
- Guiding to system-based activities, including user adoption, training, organizational communications, departmental planning; Act as a business support point for users in Coupa;
- Promoting the initiative: internally with Purchasing managers, business relationship owners, catalogue managers, Accounts Payable and others and externally with suppliers;
- Understanding the complete data flow between ERP (AX) and Coupa in detail
- Ordering entry Indirect costs for the legal entities in the assigned perimeter
- Participation in Procurement Area Projects

**Qualifications**:
Are also required:

- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Flexibility, open mind, respect for deadlines and the ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Good interpersonal, organizational and precision skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English and the Office package;
- Residence in Milan or neighboring areas in Vimodrone.
