**This role in summary**:
We are looking for a person to join our Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management Team in the HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for organization design and change management projects, partnering with Business Leaders and Business HRs to support EMEA Region’s success and the achievement of its business objectives.
You will work on big business transformation projects across EMEA Region related for instance to org. design, Future of Work, culture and wellbeing, etc.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Drive main organizational projects, including business processes/accountabilities reviews
- Lead Change Management projects in coordination with Company HR & Business Leaders
- Provide insights and support decision making for HR and Business Community with Workforce and Labor Cost analysis
- Contribute to the development of the organizational and change management skills and capabilities within the EMEA HR community providing meaningful learning opportunities

**Minimum requirements**:

- Masters’ degree (preferably in Management or Engineering)
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytics and and advanced excel knowledge
- Project and change management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred skills and experiences**:

- At least 3+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably from the Consulting world or multinational companies where you led change management and org. design projects
- Good financial expertise and ability to read and interpret numbers and financials
- Solution-focused approach, ability to think independently and challenge traditional solutions
- Good facilitating, execution and teamwork skills and providing guidance to project teams
