**Job Title**: Network Control Center Manager (NCC)
**Location**: Brindisi-Italy
**Contract Type**: 12 month contract + Extension
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Control Centre Manager to join our client that is in the public sector.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the overall activities, including NCC supervisors
- Act as the further escalation point for the supervisors
- Report to management on any issues that could have significant impact on service delivery.
- Attend periodical service revision meetings with senior management.
- Attend Change Management Board meeting if required
**Experience**:
- NCC Manager must have a minimum of 8 years relevant experience**.**:
- NCC Manager must have ITIL v3 Expert certification, or the equivalent ITIL 4 certification.
- NCC Manager must be fluent in English equivalent to the B2 level or above.
