We are looking for a Pricing Analytic Assistant to join or Electrification business. You will contribute to the development of intensive analytics to maximize profitability and share of market for the Global Business Unit.

Pricing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage price analytics tools. Own the tools and rules to extract and combine data from different sources and develops user friendly interfaces.
- Establish and manage an automated solution to simplify the supply of price guidance (price corridors) and Table of Authority (TOA) to support price operational efficiency.
- Support countries in implementing tools to monitor product and switchgear price as well as to implement control process to reach NPV targets.
- Pricing tools, data quality and access rights management: manage tools and access rights, responsible for maintenance of Sharepoint page.
- Support on audit samples tracking and other pricing activities.
- Support the inclusion process of new countries in NPV measurement system working in close cooperation with IS NPV team.

**Your background**:

- A Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics. Analytics or an equivalent data driven quantitative discipline is preferred.
- Experience with one or 2 Business Intelligence Tools, e.g. Power BI and / or Tableau is preferred. Good command of the fundamentals of statistical and quantitative analysis.
- Basic understanding of the basics of mathematical modeling and optimization, basic understanding of micro economics and pricing concepts.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and basic knowledge of Italian.
- Self-starter, good attitude, work well with people.
