**Posizione**:
Il team Energy Environment & System Efficiency è alla ricerca di una risorsa Junior da inserire con **in stage.**

L’ufficio si occupa di coordinare direttamente le manutenzioni e le facilities del building, sede anche del datacenter del gruppo**(con particolare attenzione alle problematiche impiantistiche) curandone anche la **gestione logística.**

Gestisce e programma gli interventi di **manutenzione**sia di tipo ordinario che straordinario, predispone **la logística** degli eventi aziendali, **coordina e verifica le attività delle imprese esterne** in ambito Facility.

In ambito Energy si occupa dei sistemi di monitoraggio del gruppo e supporta la funzione CSR nella raccolta ed elaborazione dei dati relativi alla sezione ambiente della dichiarazione non finanziaria e alla compilazione dei principali questionari ambientali di riferimento.

**Attività principali**:

- Gestire le attività di manutenzione e utilizzo degli spazi aziendali (uffici, sale riunioni, data center);
- Supporto nel Modificare o esecutare nuovi layout e gestire le attività di moving interno con aggiornamento periodico delle planimetrie ed as built;
- Supporto nella gestione delle attività di manutenzione impiantistica del building: verifica dei contratti, delle scadenze e delle attività svolte dai fornitori e archiviazione della documentazione ad esse relativa;
- Supervisione dei sistemi di monitoraggio energetico e produzione di un report mensile sui consumi del data center;
- Supporto alla raccolta e analisi delle performance ambientali, dei consumi e dei target del Gruppo (branches e legal entities itialiane ed estere)e redazione di reportistica propedeutica alla Dichiarazione non finanziaria secondo quanto stabilito dagli ESRS; compilazione di questionari ambientali come CDP, Dow Jones, Vigeo.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico (geometra/P.I./architettura/ingegneria);
- Conoscenza mínima di impianti elettrici e meccanici e di BMS
- Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi Office in particolare Excel e Power Point;
- Buona padronanza Autocad 2D
