**Space Experience and Merchandising Manager**:
JOB MISSION

The mission of this role will be to enhance [ comfort zone ] and /skin regimen/ consumer experience in all physical touch points, creating and implementing sustainable point of sale solutions, professional spaces, visual merchandising, and events set-ups excellence.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandising Trends market research
Customer Experience Annual Strategy and quarterly reporting
Space Design, Merchandising, Events set-up experience, and creative briefs
Project management, Budget management, Suppliers negotiation
Planograms and Guidelines creation and update
Events, merchandising, and accessories data reporting
Customization support to branches and distributors.

STRATEGY
Oversee brands strategy for space concepts development
Spa
Retail
Trade, Pr/Influencer, and consumer events
Pop-ups
Exhibitions.

USER EXPERIENCE
Ideate and design phygital engaging and consistent consumer and professional experiences
Develop visual merchandising supports, and accessories, for the brands and for each specific line and launch
Ensure effective, consistent, and engaging communication within our points of sales and branded spaces
Partner with the [ comfort zone ] team to ensure on-brand and cohesive execution.

DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION
Organize and supervise trade, PR, influencer and consumer events set-ups
Leading in-store materials and accessories development by proposing solutions, materials, and suppliers consistent with the brand strategy and modern, elevated, sustainable luxury style
Leading the design, merchandising and exhibitions project management proactively interacting with PMO, Creative, Trade, Marketing, Purchasing, and Logistic.

GUIDANCE
Define and update merchandising planograms and visual guidelines
Define and update events modules and set-up guidelines
Support branches and distributors customized experiences and visual merchandising for spas, retail point-of-sale and events.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Bachelor or Master’s degree required
Results-driven and have a proven track record in successfully implementing a merchandising and space customer experience strategy, while also demonstrating a high degree of initiative and creativity when pro-actively proposing new idea
Deep understanding of customer experience, retail, and events
Interest and knowledge of beauty and fashion industries
Impeccable attention to detail
A planning mind
Collaborative
Problem solver
Fluent English, other languages a plus
Design background and ability to use design software is a plus.
