We are recruiting for a Content & Social Manager position to join the Sales & Marketing team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco
As Content & Social Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Director of Communications to develop and execute a content-driven strategy that aligns with the overall communications plan, with a focus on photo and video production.
This is a key position for supporting the growing of Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.- Ideate, produce, and oversee high-quality creative content (photo and video) for use across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and storytelling objectives.
- Manage and update website content, including photography, videos, and copy, coordinating with the corporate team to maintain brand standards and aesthetic coherence.
- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media campaigns and content calendars to drive organic growth and audience engagement across key platforms.
- Support digital marketing efforts by contributing to performance-driven campaigns across paid search, display, and social media, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Work with teams across the hotel, including food & beverage, spa, weddings, and events, to create and promote visually striking campaigns that highlight the unique offerings of the property.
- Manage the property’s image and video library, ensuring easy access to up-to-date, high-quality assets for all marketing and communication needs.
- Monitor online reputation, responding to feedback on relevant platforms with a creative and empathetic approach that reflects the brand’s voice.
- Contribute to public relations initiatives by creating visually impactful press materials and supporting partnerships and media opportunities.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the luxury or hospitality industry.
- Professional in photo and video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production processes; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) is essential.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions, campaign messaging, and promotional content while adhering to brand standards.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, with an ability to interpret data and optimize content strategies based on performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in photo and/or video production, or a related field.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with internal departments such as sales, catering, and operations.
