All'interno dell'area LEGALE della BU Automation, stiamo cercando un/una **Expert Legal Counsel** per la sede di **Genova Sestri Ponente**.
La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- fornire consulenza legale per la partecipazione a gare d'appalto pubbliche e private, in Italia ed all'estero;
- redigere, revisionare e negoziare contratti ed accordi in lingua italiana ed inglese;
- garantire il rispetto delle normative applicabili e delle policy interne;
- redigere lettere di incarico a professionisti esterni e curarne i rapporti;
- operare ricerche giurisprudenziali e normative curando l'aggiornamento professionale continuo proprio e dei colleghi del team.
- lavorare in team, flessibilità, senso d'urgenza ed attenzione ai risultati, costituiscono elementi fondamentali.
**Titolo di studi**
Laurea in Giurisprudenza.
L'abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di avvocato costituisce titolo preferenziale.
**Seniority**
Richiesti almeno 5 anni di comprovata e dimostrabile esperienza in un ruolo simile presso Studi Legali o in aziende strutturate.
**Conoscenze e competenze tecniche.**
Conosce il Codice dei contratti pubblici italiano, le Direttive della UE in materia di appalti pubblici ed è in grado di fornire consulenza legale sulle gare pubbliche in Italia ed in Europa.
**Competenze comportamentali**
Attitudine al lavoro in team, flessibilità, problem solving sono richieste.
**Competenze linguistiche**
E' in grado di redigere e negoziare contratti ed accordi in lingua italiana ed inglese.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno a livello B2.
La conoscenza di altre lingue costituirà un plus.
**Competenze comportamentali**
Attitudine al lavoro in team, flessibilità, problem solving sono richieste.
**Conoscenza Informatiche**
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

Il ruolo può comportare trasferte in Italia ed all'estero.
