Our GYN Surgical Solutions vision is to transform women’s healthcare by delivering innovative, simple and efficient gynecologic surgical products that free women of debilitating gynecologic conditions that can rob them from enjoying life to its fullest.
As a Surgical Sales Specialist you will be responsible for sales of our full Gynecological Surgical product portfolio across the designated region of Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the understanding of Hologic product line and its benefits/solutions to potential customers.
- Execute professional sales process with end user customers from first contact to post-sale.
- Work collaboratively to support surgical cases with local physicians and other clinicians for training and follow-up.
- Engage in basic market development activities depending upon the needs of the assigned geography
- Determine best methods and needs for dealing with customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and public relations, and coordinate and liaison with other departments as necessary
- Manage fibronectin product for sales and marketing at national level
- Support international marketing at local level and provide report and feedback on GSS.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Significant proven clinical experience in surgery, OR experience with emphasis on OB-GYN
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to interact with medical staff, Sales, Marketing and Global Franchise Leaders
- Effective sales skills
- Ability to work with precision, accuracy and high attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written presentation skills
- Ability to work following strategic plan to achieve results
- Computer skills (Office Pack: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
