**Position summary**
Responsible for the ethics-based construction and science of the image and role of Nestlé products for infant nutrition and neonatal and pediatric supplementation, with healthcare professionals and institutions, within a specified territory, in order to properly guide the recommendation/advocacy/prescriptions for these products.

**A day in the life of the Medical Delegate**
- Compliance: Use the market-specific code management system as a guidance document for all day-to-day activities, to assist the leadership team to ensure that all activities within the team and region comply with the WHO International Code for Marketing Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and Local Code.
- Manage the assigned territory according to the requirements and guidelines set for Masterdata management/HCP classification/HCP and HCI segmentation, masterschedule planning, HCP call rate, call strike rate, HCP surveys, and data collection for insights that can guide marketing and territory action plans.
- The creation and execution of a territory-specific action plan to contribute to the outputs required by national and regional business plans.
