We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant position to join the Team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.
- As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping a perfect coordination between all departments and the Hotel Manager.
- Maintaining effective communication within the department and ensure that the HM is kept well informed of any problems/queries that have arisen.
- Maintaining a good working relationship with all Executives and Department Heads and being positively perceived as the link between the HM’s Office and other departments.
- Ensuring special requests and reservations via the HM’s Office are handled appropriately.
- Ability to communicate effectively whether in person, on the telephone or in writing.- Providing PA and administrative support including proactive diary management, organizing and minuting meetings, travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, producing presentations and collating reports.
- Ensuring positive communication with associates and managers by always keeping the morale high.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in similar position.
- Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
- High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication skills.
