Borsa Italiana Spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets, provides an internship opportunity within the Listed Companies Price Sensitive & Corporate Information Team.
The team has the responsibility for the relationship with listed companies in the area of corporate and price sensitive information, interacting with listed issuers, advisors and supervisory authorities. The team is also responsible for monitoring compliance by listed companies with the Exchange Rules, managing, where necessary, the relevant institutional proceedings (e.g. suspension/delisting/enforcement proceedings).
Workplace: Milan, Piazza degli Affari 6
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring price sensitive information disseminated by companies listed on Euronext Equity Italian Markets.- Preparing and publishing Borsa Italiana Announcements, including the relevant technical provisions- Populating Borsa Italiana database in relation to corporate events and dividend payment- Check on Euronext Growth Milan listed companies obligations- Check on Sponsor & Specialist obligations
