- All'interno del team RME il ruolo sarà coinvolto in attività per garantire la qualità, le performance e la sostenibilità dei materiali utilizzati per il RTW. Collaborerà alla valutazione, miglioramento delle materie prime più idonee, assicurandosi che rispondano sia alle esigenze dei clienti che agli standard qualitativi e normativi del settore. ** RESPONSIBILITIES**:
-- **Valutazione dei Materiali**
- Risk assesment delle materie prime RTW in base a requisiti prestazionali e obiettivi di sostenibilità (valutazione física, chimica, solidità).
- **Controllo Qualità**
- Supporto al controllo qualità per garantire che i materiali in arrivo soddisfino gli standard specificati per composizione resistenza, durata e aspetto.
- **Test e Valutazioni**
- Conduzione e valutazione di test di laboratorio per le proprietà fisiche, chimiche e meccaniche dei materiali.
- Implementazione, sviluppo, modifica degli standard aziendali
- Supporto ai team interni per valutazione dei fuori-standard.
- **Gestione dei Fornitori**
- Gestione delle relazioni con i reparti qualità/laboratorio dei fornitori, negoziazione dei risultati, garanzia di costanza nelle consegne e risoluzione di problemi di qualità.
- **Industrializzazione**
- Fornire supporto tecnico ai fornitori utili a modificare gli standard dei tessuti per portarli più vicino a quelli aziendali/desiderati.
- Valutazione cicli produttivi e possibile efficientamento.
- **Supporto Tecnico interno**
- Fornire supporto tecnico ai team interni di Product Engineering e Product Development in merito alla definizione dei materiali, alle prestazioni e alla risoluzione dei problemi.
- Fornire supporto tecnico per Fabric Approval
- **Cooperazione sui requisiti di sostenibilità e tracciabilità dei materiali**
- **Inserimento/aggiornamento dati nei sistemi informatici Aziendali (FlexPLM / Excel / Kubix).**
- **PERSONAL PROFILE**:
-- Laurea triennale/magistrale in Materiali/Tessili
- Esperienza nel lavoro con materie prime tecniche, preferibilmente presso un marchio riconosciuto di abbigliamento sportivo o outdoor
- Conoscenza técnica nello sviluppo di tessuti, in particolare nei processi di costruzione, finitura e tintura dei tessuti
- Esperienza nella gestione dei dati, ad esempio con Excel/PLM/Texbase o strumenti simili
- Esperienza nell'approvvigionamento e nello sviluppo di tessuti per diversi tipi di prodotto, dall'idea fino alla produzione
- Ottime capacità organizzative
- Fluente in inglese e italiano
