**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The OOP SVC Platform leader shall be accountable for functional, business, and broader-based company objectives related to Services. In this role he/she will develop and implement strategies, plans and processes related to the aftermarket services of OOP products, including CMUs, Upgrades, Rehabilitation and Rejuvenation, new commercial models, new solutions and everything will help to extract more calories from our IB. Working across the organization, he/she will lead both the short and long-term planning and execution of our Segment business strategy.

**ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define the OOP Services strategy to ensure the growth and profitability of the service offerings by driving Services competitiveness
- Capture Market trends to identify needs for new offerings, services and required investment. Develop and launch new service models for OOP customers to drive double digit growth
- Capture “voice of the customers” to drive programs and business processes
- Define and execute Long term strategy (LRP) with Product Leaders for OOP segment and help develop business cases to support the programs

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- MBA and/or bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact at all levels of the organization
- Must have 5 - 10 years of experience in a multinational company, with focus on Product / Program Management
- Able to understand and translate customer needs into sales strategies & plans
- Demonstrated sensitivity to market dynamics and competitor activities
- Deep knowledge of Oil and Gas Market with focus on Onshore and Offshore
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in both English and Italian
