OTB Spa is looking for an **Indirect Procurement Specialist** for its headquarters in Breganze (VI) to be included in the Indirect Procurement department.
The Indirect Procurement Specialist will be in charge of managing the strategic planning and category management of the assigned initiatives (focus on point of purchase materials, promotional items for omnichannel requests). The role requires perspective market knowledge and definition of category specific strategies. It is responsible for core sourcing activities, from negotiation to vendor management at Group level.

The main activities the Indirect Procurement Specialist will be responsible for will be:

- Scouting for new suppliers;
- Relationship management with existing suppliers;
- Vendor compliance evaluation;
- Spend area analysis;
- Benchmark and best practices analysis;
- Managing tender processes (specifications, quotation matrices, qualification matrices, technical matrices);
- Coordination and compliance of order processes;
- Coordination and compliance of contract drafting;
- Management of the sustainability policies within the categories assigned with direct involvement on research of market best practices, organization of data by the vendors and active participation within the company's sustainability workshops.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Degree in Economics or equivalent;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Procurement tool knowledge;
- Relevant track record in Excel and Power Point;
- Track record of experience within complex processes;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with external and internal customers;
- Aptitude for analyzing and managing the various tasks assigned with precision and attention;
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach;
- Willingness to work in cross-functional teams;
- Knowledge of lean production and agile principles will be considered a plus.
