**Regional Client Engagement Leader, EMEA**

**Location: AIG Office in Luxembourg/Germany/France/Italy/Spain**

The Regional Client Engagement Leader, EMEA, reporting into the Head of CBE, EMEA and being part of the EMEA Distribution team, leads our client strategy, focusing on deepening customer relationships, driving loyalty, and translating client needs into business growth by overseeing client experience, retention, and service across the EMEA region, acting as the major and top tier clients' internal advocate to align operations (CBE, MarCom and Support) with customer value. This role will leverage data for insights to enhance offerings beyond traditional risk transfer and will deliver on AIG EMEA’s top line growth objectives and budget through Major Accounts relationship management.

**What you need to know**:
**Core Responsibilities**
- Client Advocacy: Representing the client's perspective across the organization.
- Experience Enhancement: Improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and lifetime value (CLTV) as well as increase penetration and NB (number of policies per client, meet overall GPW budget, improve trading ratio B/Q B/S).
- Strategy & Innovation: Developing new services and products that meet evolving customer needs, using data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating with underwriting, claims, marketing, and sales to create a unified client journey.
- Partnership: working with peers across the region to balance client focus with operational efficiency and compliance.
- Drive the EMEA in-country Distribution teams in creating engagement plans for each major client, consistently across the region.
- Identify and target new prospects (predominantly MN and Captive clients as well as Partnerships opportunities).
- Provide holistic client solutions and ensure our executives are well connected to our top customers.
- Liaise with AIG Government Affairs & Public Affairs to ensure CBE are aligned with key messaging e.g., climate change, ESG, governmental direction, current affairs, geopolitical activity etc.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Law or equivalent studies.
- In depth business development within the Insurance and Financial Services Industry.
- Proven experience in driving and leading large, regional client programs in an international context.
- Demonstrable experience in Data-Driven Decisions by using analytics to understand clients and measure success.
- Previous industry experience in risk management, project management in a Global/international company with various locations across EMEA.
- Excellent communications skills in English and another continental European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish).
- Track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and confidential information as well as manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills coupled with creative problem-solving.
