**Job description** Job Summary and Mission**:
Reports hierarchically to Global Eyewear Marketing Manager and functionally to the Global Head of Marketing.

The objective of the role is to guarantee Smith identity across EMEA supporting the brand’s visibility and promoting the business development according to strategic objectives. Through specific marketing plans followed by business targets and portfolio priorities (for all product categories - helmets, goggles and sunglasses), the goal is to support the brand in the overall marketing activities and ensure prompt execution in key markets aligned with global guidelines.

The role will work in conjunction with Global Eyewear Marketing Manager and Global Marketing team and will be inserted among the EMEA team, in Italy

**Key Responsibilities**:
Marketing Plan bottom up and budget construction in alignment with global team and sales managers

Management of monthly expenses and interface with Finance

Marketing Plan activities coordination with key markets/distributors

Brand Regional Report construction and sharing with global team

Manage entire Trade Marketing program including
- POP
- In-Store activities
- Catalogs
- Training
- Brand/Collection presentation and Sales support materials
- Communication of Marketing activities with sales agents and distributors
- Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Competitors analysis

Sports Marketing regional support
- Coordination of activities along with Sports Marketing manager
- Development of content production focused on EMEA region

Manage communication with Press for all key markets with full alignment with Global PR Team as well as supporting Corporate communication internally among Safilo

Provide insights on Collection performance for all categories aligned by each product seasonality, and manage portfolio along with Sales Managers on key regional assortments to focus

Manage all Events that Smith will take place regionally, from
- Trade Shows (i.e. ISPO, EuroBike, Mido)
- Consumer Events
- Sales Meetings
- Corporate - providing refresh on showroom, utilizing brand space to meet and present new collections to sales team

**Other Information** Professional Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Knowledge of marketing KPI’s and marketing plan
- Knowledge of marketing and communication techniques, having experienced a global multi-function environment
- Knowledge of sector and relative market (Sporting Goods is a plus)

**Computer/Other Skills**:

- Proficient with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
- Knowledge of digital tools such as Dropbox, Google docs/sheets, and Project Management programs
- Fluence in English and Italian
