**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Business Analyst Intern**

Are you ready to make a difference? We're offering a 6-month internship for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our Customer Growth Service Line as a Business Analyst.

Become a catalyst for transformation and customer success. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of BearingPoint’s mission to deliver meaningful impact for our clients. You’ll support end-to-end transformation journeys — helping customers define their ambitions and purpose, shaping future-ready operating and governance models, streamlining processes, and translating business needs into technical requirements. With customer satisfaction and success at the core of everything we do, you’ll also lead change management efforts to ensure solutions are embraced and sustained, driving real value across the organization.

**Location: Milan - Missori**

**What You'll Do**:

- Become a trusted advisor and the go-to person for our customers.
- Providing continuous support to the client to ensure the correct execution of planned activities.
- Anticipate, evaluate, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
- Gathering and structuring business requirements.
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Collaborating with the client to define and monitor KPIs and governance processes.
- Assisting in the implementation of solutions and change management.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- ** Educational Background**:You have or are pursuing a Master’s Degree in Economics. A specialization in Administration, Finance, and Control is a plus.
- ** Passion for Innovation**:You're excited about new technology trends and always eager to learn and research.
- ** Problem Solver**:You have a keen eye for problem-solving, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work autonomously.
- ** Bilingual**:You can communicate effectively in both Italian and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- ** ✈️ Travel Ready**:You're available for business travel both in Italy and abroad.
- ** ️ Communication Skills**:You possess effective and efficient communication skills.
- ** Tech-Savvy**:You are proficient in using the MS Office 365 suite.
- ** Risk Management**:You have the ability to foresee and identify potential risks and propose countermeasures.
- ** Go-Getter Attitude**:You have a willingness to take on challenges, manage uncertainty, and go the extra mile.

It will be an advantage, if additionally, you have:

- Able to think outside the box, with structured reasoning and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and interest in the role of PMO (even through Project Work during University).
