L’antifraud first line è un Centre of Expertise (CoE) dedicato allo sviluppo, gestione e fine tuning delle regole antifrode nell’ottica di rendere sicuri tutti i prodotti ING.

La risorsa lavorerà in un team all'interno dell'organizzazione Agile, collaborando insieme ad altri stakeholder per raggiungere lo scopo del CoE interfacciandosi con la squad di riferimento per le attività di sviluppo e rilascio delle nuove soluzioni per garantire il miglioramento di servizi a valore per il cliente.

**Principali responsabilità**:
Supporto al team nelle attività di:

- Controllo sui rimborsi richiesti dai clienti
- Monitoraggio e fine tuning dell’attuale motore antifrode
- Aggiornamento delle regole di utilizzo delle carte di credito
- Prevention e detection in base alle segnalazioni phishing dei clienti
- Monitoraggio degli outsourcer esterni ed interni
- Verifica dei flussi anomali in entrata e continuo miglioramento delle attuali regole di diniego delle transazioni
- Verifica sul machine learning a disposizione degli alert giornalieri
- Individuazione delle root cause e monitoraggio delle azioni individuate per il ripetersi del fenomeno
- Interazioni con la casa madre ed i diversi dipartimenti antifrode delle altre country
- Reportistica delle frodi subite
**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Economia o materie affini
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Power Point ed Excel
- Conoscenza di base del mercato bancario e in particolare dei prodotti conto corrente, carte e strumenti di pagamento.
