The Branch Coordinator is a talented individual within the Branch COE that manages 80+ branches and tax registrations of Nuovo Pignone group, worldwide. Also, the Branch COE coordinates 50+ Branch Managers and 30+ Deputy Branch Managers, taking care of their professional development in branch management. The Branch COE is part of an articulated ecosystem that includes ASP (Administrative Service Providers), Law firms, multiple functions within the Company, The Board of Directors of Nuovo Pignone.

As a Branch Coordinator, your responsibilities as follows:

- Non-lawyers providing leadership and oversight to Nuovo Pignone's branch operations to assure adherence to all aspects of internal company and external regulatory compliance. Insures appropriate mechanisms are in place to comply with relevant laws and regulations, and adherence to corporate programs and practices.
- Ensure full operativity on the branches in compliance with local/internal requirements, through effective cross/functional coordination (legal, tax, finance, sourcing, )
- Keep daily connection with branch managers
- Support the quality and responsiveness of Branch processes and KPIs
- Manage branch manager YoY replacement plan and all related activities
- Manage Branch POAs and ensure that branch data are current, cooperating with Governance Team
- Support training initiatives for branch managers including dedicated Events for branch managers
- Make use of dedicated Tools (e.g Branch Profiling Tool, GoldNet, )

**Fuel your passion**

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Prior work experience in branch management (5 years+)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Resilient & persistent under all circumstances; working to heavy workloads as they arise, maintaining deliverables on time.
- Self-motivated, self/starter, independent and ability to execute on multiple deliverables
- Detail oriented, passionate to managing complex projects, and thinking up creative solutions
- Ability to work in a team

- Fluent in at least one other internationally used language (preferred: French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Russian)
