**CLIENT**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Definire la strategia economico-finanziaria necessaria a sostenere il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali di redditività;
Valutare se gli investimenti sono redditizi e sostenibili per i piani industriali della società e del Gruppo;
Assicurare il sistema di controllo di gestione e predisporre, in linea con le pianificazioni di Gruppo,un sistema di budget/forecast ;
Gestire la struttura finanziaria della società;
Garantire i processi, procedure e attività in ambito amministrativo, contabile, bilancistico e fiscale;
Programmare e pianificare l'ambito finanziario della società redigendo cash flow e gestendo i rapporti con gli istituti di credito;
Collaborare e supportare gli organi preposti alla gestione della società (CdA / Sindaci/ società di revisione) e con i consulenti aziendali/banche e enti e autorità competenti.

Riporta direttamente al GM italiano, e coordina un team di circa 5/6 risorse sarà responsabile delle aree di Finanza, Contabilità, Controlling, Compliance, IT e referente per la GDPR.

**REQUISITI**

Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche finanziarie;
10 anni di esperienza in area AFC in aziende manifatturiere

Approccio proattivo e pragmatico ed è un team worker

Ottime capacità relazionali a più livelli;
Capacità di supportare i vertici della società nelle scelte strategiche;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese e dei principali strumenti informatici;
Personalità pragmatica, concreta e orientata all'obiettivo.

LOCATION

**La posizione è basata in Toscana, provincia di Pisa ed è richiesta presenza in loco.**

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
