We're seeking a talented and motivated EHS Specialist to join our Automotive OEM Coating Plant in Quattordio (AL)

**Requirements**:

- Contribute to maintain effective implementation of EHS Management system and to implement programs and actions with the aim to improve performances in the plant, with initial specific focus on:

- ** Environmental compliance (PPG and regulatory) and sustainability programs**:

- Air Emissions program
- Water Discharges program
- Waste management program
- Remediation program
- ** Health Risk Assessment and Control Programs (PPG & Regulatory)**:

- Chemical Hazard control Program
- Industrial Hygiene and Exposure control program
- Ergonomics
- Ventilation
- Legionella and biologic risk
- Asbesto
- Physical Hazards control programs (Noise, microclimate, vibrations and optical radiations)
- Offices/smart working risk control program
- Support Risk Assessment Update as refers to above listed topics
- Contribute to information, education and training programs about EHS topics above listed
- Participate and monitor implementation of improvement programs and action plans in order to reach and maintain regulatory and PPG requirements, cooperating and supporting other Functions (Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Laboratories, Logistics, Offices)
- Contribute to develop other functions knowledge and accountabilities on EHS programs to achieve the continuous improvement in EHS Performances and sustainability of EHS programs
- The initial focus required is on Environmental and Health Topics, but the Job Specialist function will include also contribution and management of Safety aspects and programs

**What** **You'll** **Bring**
- Degree or Master in Environmental Sciences or Engineering or similar degree and/or Workplace Safety Masters
- Technical experience in Environment and Health programs management and practices
- Good knowledge in English language
- Ability to manage with autonomy assigned topics such as Environmental requirements and permits compliance, IH Programs, etc
- Knowledge of governmental laws
- Leads communication and team in solving EHS issues
- Qualification as Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione, as defined by Italian law (f.i., D. Lgs. 81/08)
- Qualification as Health and Safety Trainer as per D. Lgs 81/08
