**What Do We Look For?**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Familiarity with the proper use of cleaning agents and disinfectants
- Team-oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift schedules and flexible working hours

**What Will You Work On?**
- Clean kitchen work areas and equipment on a daily and weekly basis as required
- Use cleaning agents and chemicals correctly, following proper measurements and intended usage
- Load dishes into the dishwasher, operate the machine, unload after washing, and sort clean utensils and equipment by type for proper storage or use
- Clean pots, pans, fryers, grills, and other cooking equipment thoroughly
- Perform tasks in line with the general kitchen cleaning schedule
- Operate technical equipment according to guidelines, ensure proper cleaning and maintenance, and promptly report any items requiring repair or replacement to the manager
- Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations, as well as quality, food safety, and hygiene standards

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €23.000,00 all'anno
