Il Capri Tiberio Palace, iconico hotel 5 Stelle situato a Capri, membro di the Leading Hotels of the World, è alla ricerca di un/una Reservations Supervisor per la stagione 2025, con disponibilità immediata. Sono richiesti almeno 1 anno di esperienza in analoga posizione in alberghi di pari categoria.

Elementi indispensabili per la selezione:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Padronanza di tutte le operazioni del reparto.
- Spiccato orientamento alla vendita.
- Eccellente utilizzo del pacchetto Office.

Tutte le operazioni dovranno essere svolte e completate con precisione, rispettando gli Standard di servizio LQA e le procedure interne.

Costituiscono titoli preferenziali ai fini della selezione:

- Conoscenza di una terza lingua.
- padronanza dei PMS, in particolare Opera Cloud, e dei principali Channel Manager/OTA.
- Conoscenza della destinazione e della logística dell'isola e del distretto turistico.
- Dimestichezza con gli standards LQA.

- Contratto applicato CCNL del Turismo Alberghi.

- La selezione è rivolta ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03.
