Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Product Cost Controlling** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), hierarchically reporting to **the Head of Product Controlling**.

You will have the responsibility to define detailed component’s costs evaluation in coherence with the affordable technology and technical requirements. Along the project life cycle, you will support the components costs plausibility verification in collaboration with Procurement Dpt., R&D Dpt. with the aim to avoid deviations and delay in the project milestone deliverable and supplier nominations.

You will:

- analyze the project targets (new Component Costs and Technical modification on Toolings) by components including plausibility checks for Strategy Team and benchmarking with others models;
- analyze parts and material manufacturing costs (e.g. overhead costs, materials costs, process costs etc.) evaluating the better solution according to R&D technical requirements;
- be reference of the material costs data (interacting with PL Finance, and CTE) with an active role in the 5 year planning for the car costs either for the series or for the pre-series models;
- for series model be responsible for the quarterly tracking of the COGS (Cost of Goods Sold);
- cooperate with VA/VE Procurement Dpt. to grant consistent targets based on tradeoff between suppliers’ proposal, technologies state of art and budget available
- be the finance representative in SET meetings, manage the necessary information through the finance department and be responsible for variable costs and investments management during product lifecycle with special focus on Aeko commitment
- manage change requests within the SET for controlling material costs and being responsible for tooling target setting
- ensure and update reports and trends preparation;
- ensure cost materials consultancy after product SOP

**About you**
- University Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience (in Automotive is a plus) with at least 1 whole product launch
- Experience in vehicle development and production, buyer, Vehicle cost engineer or cost targeting or other roles close to the vehicle industrialization costs within Automotive sector
- Fluent English, Italian & German will be considered a plus
- Reliability of own evaluation over the projects / phases
- Presentation to management with capability to steer the different area requests and drive the discussion
- Communication with different stakeholders to create common understanding of target objectives
- Ability to ground the recommended solution to achieve the target
- Flexibility (modifications, re-planning, coordination with other units)
