**About the Company**: for a leader innovative international company in ESG data intelligence solutions, B Corp Certified, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for an **Energy Analyst.**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Support our customers in the deployment of SaaS Company' software
- Project management during the initial implementation phase of the customer platform
- Analysis of customer data and drafting of deliverables (reporting, analyses, steering committee, energy balances, etc.)
- Improving internal processes and the level of services provided by the team
- Capitalise on user and customer feedback by participating in the roadmap of product developments, user manuals and training materials used by the whole team

**Requisiti**:
**Must Have**:

- You have a university degree in a relevant field in STEM or Business Area
- You have very good skills in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
- Highly effective communication skills and ability and deliver clear and professional presentations to the team and clients (ideally in BtoB segment)
- You feel comfortable working in international and interdisciplinary teams solving complex problems.
- You have a proactive and hands-on approach and willingness to take initiative.
- Proficiency in English and Italian languages; other language knowledge could be an asset

**Nice to Have**:

- Passion for the environmental transition
- Experience in Real Estate and/or ESG
- Further IT skills e.g. in Python, R or Matlab are an advantage, but not essential
