**Why We Are Hiring**:
As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a representative based in Europe, to oversee the import of industrial goods, chemicals, and spare parts from Europe, the USA, and China, as well as the export of locally manufactured European products and equipment. This is a key role focused on building strong supplier relationships, coordinating deals, and providing operational support within the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit manufacturing plants and suppliers across Europe on behalf of our company.
- Meet with factory owners or sales managers to discuss equipment availability, technical specifications, and production schedules.
- Collect and verify commercial offers (pricing, delivery times, payment terms, Incoterms). Evaluate supplier reliability and production capabilities.
- Coordinate communication between factories and our central procurement team.
- Prepare detailed visit reports including photos, technical data, and contact information.
- Support negotiations on cooperation terms and potential long-term contracts.
- Monitor market trends, new technologies, and alternative suppliers.
- Search and select international suppliers based on client technical specifications (equipment, spare parts, raw materials, turnkey solutions).
- Negotiate with suppliers, request and analyze commercial offers, agree on delivery terms, timelines, and payment terms.
- Monitor the market, identify alternatives, conduct price analysis, and maintain a supplier and product category database.
- Draft and conclude international contracts (including Incoterms, guarantees, specifications, etc.) in English.
- Maintain correspondence and negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers to build long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with logistics teams, technical specialists, and the sales department.
- Track production and shipment timelines.
- Prepare export documentation (invoices, packing lists, CoO, MSDS, technical docs, etc.)
- Prepare regular progress reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Based in Europe and willing to travel frequently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in industrial equipment, engineering, procurement, or technical sales.
- Fluent English (knowledge of German, Polish, or Italian is an advantage).
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and factory operations.
- Reliable, well-organized, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to visit multiple facilities per week.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international procurement and supply chain, preferably in industrial equipment, chemicals, spare parts, raw materials, or technical solutions
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Skilled in preparing and managing international contracts, including knowledge of Incoterms, warranties, and specifications
- Experience in business correspondence and negotiations with international suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and control the full supply process
- Proficient in documentation, Excel, Word, CRM systems, and databases
- Experience working with international brands
- Own database of verified suppliers — is an advantage
- Willingness and ability to travel on business trips
