**Attività principali**:

- Gestire, dal punto di vista amministrativo, le diverse fasi del rapporto di lavoro dall'assunzione al pensionamento, anche per i dirigenti
- Supporto per la gestione del tool di rilevazione delle presenze
- Fornire supporto ai gestori HR su tutti i profili amministrativi inerenti al rapporto di lavoro
- Gestire i rapporti con i fornitori di servizi di elaborazione paghe per il personale, con i relativi adempimenti a livello previdenziale, assistenziale e fiscale e obblighi di legge
- Gestione degli adempimenti amministrativi inerenti fondi previdenziali e assistenziali
- Verificare l’elaborazione e l’amministrazione delle buste paga da parte del provider: calcolare e controllare la retribuzione lorda e netta, svolgere attività di auditing - Gestire gli istituti economico/giuridici da un punto di vista amministrativo verso il provider
- Fornire servizi HR all'azienda per la definizione del budget e il monitoraggio dei costi

**Competenze richieste**:

- Titolo di studio**:Laurea
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito amministrazione del personale
- Conoscenza della normativa del lavoro
- Competenze contabili e fiscali
- Capacità informatiche: padronanza dei software gestionali HR (es. Workday), pacchetto office
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Buona attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team
