Product Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist that will develop compelling marketing strategies for our product, in line with product positioning and key differentiating features.

**In your typical day, you will**:

- Report directly to the Head of Marketing and work in cross teams squad (design, product, tech; sales) to implement strategies;
- Study company products;
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user;
- Follow and analyze market trends to position products;
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching) and manage all the related activities to active them;
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns);
- Test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy;
- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers;
- Help design to obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products and untapped opportunities through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and product data to ensure we are building solutions designed to meet our users’ needs;
- Creating an inspiring consumer narrative through positioning, audience targeting, and product storytelling - in collaboration with all team marketing;
- Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy.

**Requirements**:
**We are specifically looking for you if you have**:

- At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing or related fields with an emphasis on product marketing or product management;
- You know marketing principles and techniques to create a marketing communication sequence that leads to product adoption;
- High degree of autonomy to lead impactful projects;
- Well-organized, accurate, and not afraid of deadlines;
- A keen eye for details;
- A good mix of creativity and analytical mind;
- Excellent communication skills, background in copywriting is a plus;
- The ability to manage projects across multiple departments;
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends);
- Experience with optimizing marketing flows through data analysis, experiments, and A/B testing;
- Fluency in Italian.
