Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, and high motivated person to join our Translational Biomarkers group.
**Responsibilities**:
Duties are related to the field of study and will vary depending upon the project and assigned responsibilities.
As a Research Scientist, you will gain experience by working with higher graded scientist and you will be involved in biomarker activities in the drug discovery process, including development of
_in vitro/ex vivo_ assays for mechanistic studies and/or compound profiling, and their applicability in pharmacodynamics studies for correlation with pharmacokinetic data. Main techniques will be immunoassays and flow cytometry starting from cultured cells or tissues.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in biological sciences (e.g. biology, biotechnology).
- 2 years of experience in laboratory environment (CRO, Pharma industry) will be highly valued
- Working knowledge in cell biology and biochemistry.
- Good competencies of in vitro biology laboratory work (i.e. pipette handling, multiwell plate format etc.).
- Previous cell/tissue culture experience (cell lines or primary cultures).
- Useful hands-on knowledge includes Western Blot, immunoassays and flow cytometry.
- English intermediate level is required.
