**About the Job**

We are looking for an electric car passionate to become our **Product Marketing Executive** joining our BYD team based in **Italy **collaborating directly with BYD HQ. It is a very exciting time to join our team. The position will play an important role in supporting the growth of Passenger Car in the Italian market.

The Product Marketing Executive will report directly to the Country Manager in Italy and to the EU Product Manager for Passenger Car.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce market & product analysis, competitor bench marking, ensuring the availability and accuracy of all appropriate product data sources (including technical data) establishing a product marketing intelligence set up in the team to nurture business decisions.
- Responsible for positioning and launching the relevant BYD models in the market, adapting the global product positioning to the local market and according to the objectives of the business plan for the market.
- Based on continued and structured monitoring of the market and competitive environment, propose product marketing relevant action plans to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the product launch process in the market across the organization, interfacing and steering effectively all functions in the local team and HQ.
- Prepare and update product marketing materials for customer-facing, dealer network-facing channels and other audience (e.g. media): price lists, website content, bulletins, brochures etc.
- Play a major role in producing and delivering product training material for dealer network and other relevant audience.

**Required skills, qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or relating field. An MBA or similar education will be a plus.
- 5-years of experience in passenger car product or relevant field.
- Knowledgeable about car product, especially EV.
- Proven leadership, and project management skills.
- Self-driven team player with customer-oriented.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Ability to drive projects with cross-functional teams with excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and influencing skills for internal and external partners.
- Excellent English & Italian language skills. Chinese will be considered a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a highly fast-paced environment.
- Driving license B or equivalent driving license of passenger cars.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office.
