Accounting, Controls and Tax Specialist

Our Client is a leading international Company, part of a multinational Group with worldwide presence. In order to strengthen their local F&A Team in Italy, they’re looking for an Accounting, Controls & Tax Specialist.

**Posizione**:

- Ensure overall compliance with US GAAP and with all VAT requirements;
- Support in the Statutory Financial Statements preparation and follow up of monthly account reconciliation activity;
- Lead process improvements initiatives and continuous improvements initiatives related to internal controls;
- Properly document complex accounting matters in accounting white papers to seek Management & Corporate review & approval;
- Sarbanes-Oxley activities completion (documentation, performance of testing requirements);
- Ensure timely resolution of open control issues;
- Controlling the release of direct and indirect taxes, verifying the correct compilation of declaration forms (VAT, IRAP etc..) ;
- Supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements, elaborating the transfer pricing reports in conjunction with the External Auditors and other technical Partners for the F&A areas.

**Requisiti**:

- University Degree in Economics;
- 1-3 audit/tax experience in a Big Four (industrial sector) or in a tax advisor office;
- Basic tax knowledge;
- Strong interpersonal interpersonal and effective communication skills;
- Knowledge of English language (at least B2 level). Knowledge of French language is a plus;
- Strong predisposition to work in cross-functional teams;
- Proactive approach in identifying, communicating and resolving Tax potential issues;
- Knowledge of SAP system and Hyperion (HFM) software appreciated;
