**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

British American Tobacco Italy is looking for a passionate, highly motivated intern with a positive and can-do attitude, to join our Marketing department, based in Trieste.

As a Master Data Analyst Intern in our team you will have the opportunity for a first-hand experience working in a multinational company, with a dynamic team and to develop practical skills in an excellent working environment.

**Reports to**: Warehouse Manager

**Reporting Level**:Warehouse Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Proactively collect information from different data sources and assembly/combine them to produce value added analysis in response to business needs
- Ensure product data management into SAP MD tools with a high level of accuracy
- Ensure the data uniformity, accuracy, and consistency in all MD files and SAP MD tools
- Actively participate to meeting where MD role is required
- Ensure timely changes in SAP MD SKUs data to guarantee correct and aligned prices and information useful to Supply Chain activity
- Ensure timely changes in SAP MD SKUs data accordingly to financial and legal requirements
- Problem solving in MD issue
- Ensure MD procedures are implemented, shared and agreed with different internal teams
- Provide a key point of escalation for MD related issue and act as advisor to the other teams
- Manage effectively relationship with teams

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Are you having a good level of English?
- Do you have knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel?

**BENEFICIAL**
- Previous experience in Supply Chain or Internship in multinational companies is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
