**What You’ll Do at Elekta**

As an Application Specialist at Elekta, based in Italy, you are a key partner in empowering healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible patient care. You bridge the gap between advanced technology and clinical practice, ensuring that our customers receive expert training and ongoing support. Your role is dynamic and people-focused: you’ll deliver tailored education, respond to customer needs, and provide hands-on assistance with Elekta’s innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver market-leading, tailored training to customers, colleagues, and distributor specialists.
- Provide professional assistance and support to Marketing/Sales, R&D, and international colleagues.
- Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and professionally, meeting contractual obligations.
- Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars as needed.
- Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers, acting on feedback to drive satisfaction and NPS.
- Actively contributes to service delivery, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Manage customer evaluations and assessments to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction.
- Serve as a conduit between customers and product development, proactively communicating regional requirements.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in physics; Medical Physics degree is a plus.
- Strong clinical background in Radiotherapy and understanding of clinical workflow.
- Working knowledge of Elekta hardware and software products, with proficiency in assigned product specialties.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Citrix, and CLM systems.
- Native language Italian; fluent in English and at least one other European language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively to groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction (phone and face-to-face).
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time.
