Nell'ambito della Global Business Unit Energy Solution Italy, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire con il ruolo di **Contract Assistant** per la nostra sede di **Firenze**, con l'obiettivo di supportare il Project Manager nell’esecuzione operativa dei contratti di servizi e/o lavori affidati.

Di seguito le **principali attività e responsabilità**:

- Interfaccia con il cliente per esigenze amministrative e per aspetti inerenti la sicurezza;
- Interfaccia con fornitori e appaltatori;
- Partecipazione e quantificazione di offerte di lavori e predisposizione di preventivi;
- Monitoraggio degli indicatori (KPI) per i singoli contratti;
- Supporto al Project Manager nel controllo e analisi della redditività delle commesse;
- Padronanza di tutti i tool aziendali a supporto della reportistica correlata e alla gestione delle specifiche commesse.

**Requisiti**:

- Forte interesse e motivazione ad entrare nel settore dell’energia all’interno di una realtà fortemente strutturata
- Diploma di Maturità Tecnica
- Conoscenza dei pacchetti applicativi office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Attitudine a lavorare in team
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale laurea in Economia
