Our Client is the Italian division of a leading multinational Corporation operating in the High Tech Industrial sector, being one the most relevant player in their niche market on a worldwide presence. **Posizione**: In order to strengthen their local Financial Planning & Analysis Department, they’re looking for an FP&A Specialist, who will join the Finance Team starting with an initial temporary contract. - The financial planning, controlling and reporting activities for the local BU, including: budgeting/forecasting, KPI's analysis, analysis of all the financial and business performance trends, and so on; - All F&A provided analysis, as requested by the US HQ: cost analysis, CAPEX, verifying actual/standard costs evolution, gross margin estimations, monitoring in reality the effective business's situation, and even "ad hoc" nonstandard analysis upon request or by initiative when compliant to the Company's needs; - Being a real Business Partner for the Company's Management Team, in order to provide fast efficient solutions for helping in solving business, financial and strategic issues as soon as possible and with a long-term-view. **Requisiti**: - Around 1 year of experience in a similar position, within multinational Companies operating in the international markets and with a modern structure and organizational profiling, even in the F&A areas and Department; - A professional experience and/or internship program in B4 of similar environment will be evaluated; - Degree or Master Degree in Economics, Financials or similar; - Knowledge of ITA GAAP, USGAAP, IAFS; - Proved knowledge of all the reporting and financial analysis technicalities and tools (starting from Microsoft Excel) ; - Fluency in English and Italian language; - Ability in working with dynamism on several financial issues and reports, with interest in managing both periodical and “ad hoc “analysis; - Communication skills and ability to interact with different Functions and Departments. **Altre informazioni**: Ivrea (TO) + remote working for 40% of the time.
