Job Title: Project Manager

Work location: Brescia (BS)

**Responsibilities**:

- He is responsible for managing the project from the acquisition until the end of the guarantee period of the system, both in terms of the contractual aspects and the technical part;
- Defines the project Work Breakdown Structure, assigns the activities and related completion times to the Project Team resources;
- Regularly interfaces with the Project Team to monitor the progress of activities, cash flow, the economic result of the project and the quality of the product.
- Develops with the project team any strategies and corrective actions to be implemented in the event of deviations from the targets;
- He is the Customer's contact person in the Company and represents the Company towards the Customer during all phases of project development, and is responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Interfaces regularly with the client (face-to-face meetings, video conferences, etc.) to share and evaluate the progress of the project, analyze any critical issues and define how to manage them;
- It deals with the preparation of project reports to be shared with both the Client and the Company's Top Management;

**Technical Requirements**:

- Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- Knowledge of the basic principles of Project Management (Work Breakdown Structure, Times/Costs/Quality, Project Life Cycle, Risk Management, Lessons Learned, etc.);
- Software: good knowledge of the Office package; knowledge of Microsoft Project/Primavera, Share Point and Power BI will be considered preferential;
- Languages: English and Italian; knowledge of other languages will be considered as a preferential element;

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent listening and analytical skills;
- Predisposition for teamwork in an international context;
- Good negotiation and conflict management skills within a work team;
- Availability to travel all over the world;
