**IS Project Manager**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Review and communicate clearly to sponsor whether the proposed project objectives, scope, requirements, timeline and budget are realistic. Deliver on-time, on-budget and to end users' satisfaction
- Managing stake holders and suppliers along with the activities and resources in the project. Ensuring that requirement and business case are completed, reviewed and concluded and that the budget is set up for the project
- Using ABB Gate Model Or Agile methodologies if applicable and project portfolio management. Qualifying project expenses, taking corrective actions if problem occurs. Reporting project progress and at regular interval to the Steco
- Ensuring that reviews are held for all external documents for the project. Manage projects and activities in waterfall/agile in different complexity levels. Manage project scope, schedule, financial, risks and communication plans
- Proactive approach of providing possible solutions to requirements together with the global team. Strong documentation/communication skills

**Your background**:

- ABB Certified (level 2) or other external PMP Certification is a requirement
- Strong understanding of functional end-to-end processes
- Proven performance as an IT leader in a complex, global organization with internal and external interfaces
- A leader who has repeatedly implemented processes and tools
- Significant experience successfully leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams
