Scope:

- Support for activities to increase dry etch process capacity on to substain Ag300 ramp up

Activities:

- Preparation of necessary documentation for process changes
- Machine preparation of process recipes
- Programming of trials and split batches
- Request and collection of defect inspections
- Request, collection, and reprocessing of in-line and laboratory measurements
- Preparation of activity reporting reports

**Skills**:After graduation internship. Master's degrees in physics, chemistry, material science.

Great communication skills.

Good english.

Ability to work in a team.
