Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Logistic Layout and Process Design **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), hierarchically reporting to the Head of Logistic Engineering & Operations and functionally to the coordinator of Logistic Engineering**.**

You will be responsible to analyse logistic impact due to plan evolution and new products introduction with target to define and implement logistic lay out and process needed to guarantee stable operations processes with focus on innovation and reduction of complexity for equipment and processes from Warehouse to the point of use in assembly.

You will:

- Planning and tracking of Logistics Space demand in WH, Supermarket and assembly areas following the Plant and products portfolio evolution
- Define plan and implement lay out in WH and handling areas in according with Logistic Operation and Logistic service provider
- Define, plan and implement line feeding process from Warehouse to Handling areas looking for innovation equipment with task to improve operation activities in handling area
- Following the product evolution and the BOM development in order to define in according with L/P the logistic space and lay out in production area
- Identify and define impacts / pros and cons / business cases for each solution and scenario in order to support the decision making process
- Define projects timing and monitor of activities and milestones
- Evaluate costs and investments for activities and equipment needed for the identified solutions
- Define corrective actions / critical paths / constraints of the projects / escalation process
- Management of the start-up of new processes

**About you**
- University Degree Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in high volume manufacturing / automotive warehouse environment
- Strong Project Management capabilities
- Knowledge of logistic internal concepts / processes
- Knowledge of manufacturing 4.0
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
