Operations Assistant

To understand all elements of the assigned hospitality programme and assist in the development and delivery of host training, rosters and manage the host team for the assigned hospitality programme.
The Operations Assistant is a contract position for two months - Jan & Feb 2026. You will be working on an exciting client project for a Global Sporting Event in Milano and Cortina.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with on-site logistics planning, preparations and implementation
Co-ordinate inputs from all management to ensure that each operational area of the programme has the required support and correct data to perform
Provide support to the key account management team and day to day guidance on operational considerations
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality programme and be familiar with all venues, locations, distances and routes
Assist with coordination of iLUKA host team
Assist with production of team and client documentation as required
Establish effective communication systems for the iLUKA host team internally and towards the management team on the programme
Assist with coordination of all designated iLUKA host team elements of hospitality programme
Assist with day-to-day management of iLUKA host team
Assist with host team scheduling as necessary
Host when necessary
Event schedules, history & general knowledge etc.
This is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary.
**Skills, Knowledge, Expertise**:
Fluent in English and Italian
Experience in delivering events in the Milano or Cortina would be ideal.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent organisational skills
Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Flexible approach to working hours and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Able to build rapport at all levels
Proactive, positive approach to all tasks and a high degree of reliability
Excellent IT skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office
Leadership skills
