**We will count on you to**:

- Work in an international and Multicultural/Multilanguage environment;
- Negotiate insurance/reinsurance terms at international level with worldwide based counterparties;
- Contribute to build reinsurance/insurance solutions to meet Clients’ needs;
- Gather data and information in order to properly approach the international insurance market;

**What you need to have**:

- Master's Degree;
- Excellent knowledge of French, Italian and English languages. Additional languages skills will be considered as a plus;
- Problem-solving, analytical and business mindset;
- Commercial and Relational skills (with Italian and International Counterparties);
- Ability to negotiate at an international level;
- Previous exposure to one or more Insurance LoBs will be considered as a plus.
